i just made another frittata andnow i have a dish planned for some time. it will be frittata rancheros. like huevos rancheros but with the frittata instead of fried egg. and the salsa will be diced oven roasted fresh tomato and a big bunch of raw diced yellow and green onions. also, the frittata will be seasoned with ground cumin and cayenne pepper.
