what you mean a ravioli stuffed with pumpkin and i'm guessing some kind of cheese? sounds delicious. a few weeks ago i attempted a ravioli stuffed with cottage cheese, italian bread crums, and canned salmon, in a home made pasta...it actually held form and was somewhat good, with a homemade alfredo sauce, although the pasta amounted to more like a sketchy dumpling. *edit* *mortality*

Pumkin here is cooked in different ways. Ravioli with pumpkin doesn't mean ravioli with a sort of pumpkin sauce. Pumpkin is inside ravioli.
