...the following day, whether for work or school, really does bring forth the fail. This actually has been happening to me a lot lately.

I went in to work yesterdat on 3 hours of sleep after being awake for 20 hours the day before and not getting good sleep.

twas fun. I'm surprised the trust me with a knife sometimes.

I also have not been getting much sleep. Hence me being here all the time.

Yea I went through one of those periods a couple weeks ago.I go to bed fairly late usually because there is docos or old school martial arts movies on the box.Only to be woken up around 6:30 every morning.I tried to correct the habit but now the problem is it seems I need a new matress so I'm in fucking pain every night.

I will be getting no sleep in this night time period and will have an early start tomorrow

I have to wake up at 4am tomorrow.

The most I ever get is 5-6 hours.

I have class at 7:20 every morning so yes and no.

i work 2nd and 3rd shift i dont need to wake up early for shit.

I can't sleep more than 5 hours I've got prescribed sleeping pills but I don't use it.

Still havent slept. My presentation went well, however

7-8 hours usually.

yeah, this s.ucks a lot. I also don't get sleep so easily in this last times. I also hate the fact that is the 7 October and is still hot with mosquitos....



I want cold and rain to get a better sleep.
