im on the tail end of a nasty cough. it only gets going at night now tho.

no, I feel completely fine.

I feel good. The only thing I need is to be more regular with food. I junked a lot in this last time.



I am eating a raw carrot now, as a rabbit ( Vitamins )

i'm eating mashed turnip, carrots, cabbage and peas :O

bleh i feel horrible. ive been light headed all day and bright lights suck. i have a temperature over normal. i am pretty irritable and fuck i dont even care about my grammar.

I ate in McDonalds earlier, so I felt sick then.

I've got a slight cold. It's only a stuffy nose now, but a few days ago it was runny as fuck and I was always sneezing.

I haven't felt "sick" since last year. I sometimes feel that I have a small fever but in that case I usually goto gym or Sauna to sweat and feel better.

I feel healthy. I have sinusitis and bronchitis at least 3 times a year, but now I'm on antibiotics (4 wisdom teeth removed in 8 weeks). I hope Augmentin killed streptococcus and I will not get sick this autumn.

I have a fucken nuclear immune system. I don't remember the last time I got sick.

Because if you take vitamins, it's probably the vitamins.

Fun fact: Vitamins and supplements aren't regulated by the FDA. That means a company could bottle air and call it vitamin O and it'd be perfectly "legal", shady, morally wrong, but "legal".

I admit that I feel very good without smoking and boozing. I am not so distant to consider the start of a long period of "health life"
