This may have been addressed before, but what kind of shampoo do you longhairs use? By habit, I use Garnier Fructis but recently I found this shit called Ion that works pretty well.

Holy shit do you use like half a bottle each time you like wash your hair? Or do you have like bazillion feet long hair that you need to spend a shit ton of money on each month
. I use the normal sized bottles like one every 2 , 3 maybe 3.5 months. Shampoo and conditioner 'cause those bitches in the club be all up on that conditioner bullshit.
