I love metal and have listened to it for almost 20 years, what i dont like about is all the cheeziness in some of it, alot of the metal fans are skinny nerds who act tough but would get their ass kicked or they are fat but posture up to look like they are strong and fit. What im saying is that metal has this image of toughness but alot of the people who listen to it are the opposite, skinny nerds, at least try to back it up and go to the gym, train martial arts etc . Also a lot of the cheese is in black and power metal, specially black metal with the ridiculous corpse paint and silly vocals, silly stuff.

going to shows i've certainly met a lot of them over the years.



i've all the people i've met and remained friends with that I would consider "intelligent metal heads" I could count on one hand.

a lot of metal heads are intelligent but act like assholes cause being a metaller means also acting like an assholes.



for example when they talk about alchool or pussy; they sometimes seems like they can't live without the first and they never seen the second in their life. And probably is true.
