Conspiracy theories about HAARP range from very likely to fucking nuts. Let's go over them then discuss, eh?



First, what is HAARP and what does it do? Nikolai Tesla developed the idea that if you sent low frequency radio waves into the ionosphere, it will temporarily and slightly warm. This warming will, of course, cause a change in air pressure where it is aimed, affecting the weather. This premise was made reality with the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), "an investigation project jointly funded by the United States Air Force, the United States Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) which aims to 'provide a research facility to conduct pioneering experiments in ionospheric phenomena... used to analyze basic ionospheric properties and to assess the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for communications and surveillance purposes.' Started in 1993, the project is proposed to last for a period of twenty years. The system was designed and built by Advanced Power Technologies[citation needed] (APTI) and since 2003, by BAE Systems Inc." It was built over an Over-The-Horizon (OTH) base site, which is another interesting piece of cold war tech. The US runs three ionospheric warming facities, including HAARP: the HIgh Power Auroral Stimulation (HIPAS) observatory in Fairbanks, AK and another in Puerto Rico.



There is no actual proof for any of the conspiracy theories surrounding the facility. These include, but are not limited to, HAARP creating Hurricane Katrina, HAARP causing global warming, and HAARP protecting the US coast by making the 2006 hurricane season so damn lackluster (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2006_Atlan ... ane_season). I don't believe any of these, though the latter seems the most likely. Still, likelihood is not certainty and it appears an el Nino event began in 2006.

What I believe the most important part of HAARP to understand is not what it is being used for, its the technology that they are using. Because such information about what HAARP can do and can potentially do is available so readily, you can be sure there is a whole wealth of governmental and militaristic knowledge and information that is kept top secret.



For instance some investigation into the Lockheed Martin Missile and Space Systems Company (who's motto oddly enough is "We never forget who were working for" and who's symbol is a pentagram) will revel that not only does LMMSS make nuclear weapons and technology,Trident missiles, and a ton of space tech, they also work with electromagnetic technology, and specifically electromagnetic laser tech. This is essentially the same tech that HAARP uses. Now what could electromagnetic lasers be useful for from a military or space tech standpoint? Well the first thing that comes to my head is laser guns but I play a lot of video games. After dwelling a bit on the subject I come to think of: Wireless and virtually free energy production and Propulsion. What do you get with those two? UFOs.



One day (or rather night) take a trip out on Empire Grade Rd in Santa Cruz, California, head up into the mountains until you get to the end of the road, you can go no further. This gate which is blocking your path is the entrance to a LMMSS testing facility. Now turn around in your car and drive back up the mountain until you get to a cleaning with a nice big view overlooking a valley on your left. This valley is part of the testing facility. Park your car and get out. Be vigilant and watchful. Look in the skies. You will see some nice surprises. Also notice the corresponding flashing lights amongst the hills. How come very time a light appears in the sky and moves unlike any other aircraft we know about, there is a synchronized reaction of flashing lights in the same spots amongst the hills? I dont know. I cant explain it. I can try to but I cant be sure. And through certain information I have received from reputable sources I know that it is electromagnetic laser technology. What it is doing I dont know. My guess is "re-fueling" UFO-type aircraft. Hence why you can see the aircraft at all. The light you see is just the electromagnetic field around the aircraft being charged by a laser, which could be the synchronized flashing in the hills.



What does this have to do with HAARP? everything. HAARP uses the same technology. We have the technology to have virtually free and clean energy production. We have the technology to manipulate weather, which is what HAARP is openly talked about doing. Why then is everyone pumping up the carbon based global warming theory? Who do carbon taxes benefit? Who does the exaggeration benefit? Who the fuck is Byron Ravenscraft? Why does the military log every IP address that visits the official HAARP website? Why do more and more people claim to see UFOs? Who does Lockheed Martin work for? Why did China inform the world that they have the technology to cloudseed and the US is still trying to keep it under wraps? Am I crazy? If we can superheat a specific portion of the ionosphere why is the planet getting warmer, I wonder? Why am I asking all these questions? Am I ever going to stop ranting? What is BAE Systems? Why do they own HAARP? I dont know, maybe Im just paranoid, but something smells fishy and there are no vaginas around. (or fish)

I'm sure that's a top secret testing facility. Point?



I just sort the global warming bit in with the rest of the rabble without evidence.

yeah, this is exactly the stuff i was referring to when i mentioned my neighbor was keen on the stuff. he's a pretty bright dude in most respects, but that man does love himself some really far-out stuff :|
