is a delicious cream made with mayonese,potatoes,other vegetables,olive oil,carrots,green peas all mixed togheter. I don't eat it often, is the classic thing you jam during x-mass dinners for example. But sometimes is good also during the year.

That has to be a northern US thing. I asked for ketchup on a hot dog in northern PA and the hard-on bearer looked at me like I was retarded for like 15 seconds. I told him to put ketchup on the goddamn thing or I was gonna break shit. He called me a fucking weirdo and I thanked him and left with my ketchup-covered hot dog.

I make my own guacamole. It's not the same thing. It has cumin and some other spices in it, so it has more depth of flavor and a little kick.
Plus I pair it with jalapeños, cheese, and some other good stuff.
