Durrr....

So I need to vent.

I'm really fucking bored. I had a sexy leopard elevator over last night, and there's a chance we might end up getting together in the future. I'm really fucking bored of not working, the job search is painfully uneventful. I'm sick of waiting for my student loans to come through, and the dumbest part is that I'm probably dropping out of my university to go to culinary school. That means, I'll be going to school for a semester for no fucking reason other than to have the student loans. That means I have to put up with all that shit just to keep food on my table, and I'm sure as hell not going to do some dick hourly job and live off of ramen noodles.

So, anyway, about this chick...

I went out with her a few years ago, but broke up because of other shit going on in our lives. Now, having had her over to my new apartment a few times (which she initiates), we seem to be getting along and there's chemistry. My roommate apparently told her that she and I should start dating again (she supposedly seemed to be into it). I'm not sure whether to let her make the next more, or if I should just call her (which never seemed to do much when we were dating the first time). Either way, it's frustrating as fuck, because I like her, and I don't like sitting on my hands.

Anyway, I get pretty depressing on those rare occasions when the boredom train's a'comin. Sorry for the emo rant.

a)Dont drop out of college

b)About the sexy leopard elevator situation: suck it up. Plenty of guys out there getting nothing. (not referring to myself ha ha.)

Why don't you just transfer to a cheaper school and continue (at least some of) your studies instead of going to culinary school for no reason?

I'm not dropping out of college, per say, but rather going to be transferring to culinary school next semester. I was drinking a bit last night, and started getting all crabby about having to go for one more semester before I get to do what I really want to do.

And dude, it's not that I'm not getting any (although it has been a couple weeks). It's that I usually don't have to try, so now I'm all grumpy and confused because I have to think about it. Actually, that's probably my problem. I shouldn't be thinking about it. This sexy leopard elevator though...she's the kind that really messes with your head; you know that one chick who seems a little crazy, so you know she's going to be the best fuck you've ever had.

Not to take a steaming dump on your problems, but that's no real biggie man, do what it takes to keep your grants rolling in. I've lost 2 years of college(2 career changes, 1 was against my will(I had to move)) and spent 2 years doing some relatively useless associates degree in order to have access to univ again, so I've basically been held back for 4 years. Just keep at it.

Oh and I've been on a lifelong dry spell. So quit your motherfucking bitching. :judge:

i dont understand all the emo comments. emotion is a very good thing and to experience the whole range of human emotion is essential to being a human. to deny or suppress any of those feelings is stupid and will make you crazy or mentally retarded in someway at some point down the road. if she is making you feel a certain way you shouldnt run from those feelings you should dive into them and explore how, why, and what is making you feel this way. Perhaps you could even use this energy ( which essentially all feelings are) in a constructive manner. Use those feelings of uncertainty of your future to really investigate what it is you really want to do and who you really are and what really makes you happy. Use those confusing feelings about her to explore the boundaries between two people. See what makes you tick and tock. Maybe she is making you feel that way for a certain reason that you have yet to explain to yourself, or maybe you already know and are just running from the answer. Every feeling is a key to unlock a door to a different part of your brain and your psyche. experiment with these feelings and maybe you will reveal to yourself new states of mind and consciousness you never thought possible.

As far as the schoolin goes, if you plan on dropping out and going to culinary school (which I assume is what you really want to do) and you still are set on taking classes for student loans, just take classes that you are interested in. Learn for fun and to expand your mind, not because you need credit or you need General Education fulfillment. This is the best part of college, when you start taking classes that you enjoy, learning about things that push the boundaries of your mind and what you believe is the truth. Maybe take some classes you would never think of taking. When the need to fulfill certain aspects of your degree are gone, that is when you are truly free to learn whatever it is you want. And remember kids, Knowledge is Power!

Emotions are fine. Spend some time with an emo. Then you will see the difference.

Thank you, that was actually pretty constructive. Anyway, that's pretty much where I'm at in how I'm looking at this stuff.
