Just stumbled upon this weird propganda site, fairly interesting, I was up until around 2 o clock just browsing through the stuff, laughing my hed off at some of it and also learned a little, although probably just lies and half truths I learned, it's still interesting and i'm sure Ern will like.

Indeed the Russian poeple made the biggest sacrifice almost 25 miljoen Russians died during the war against the Axis, but for freedom?? with Stalin?

They made it sound so great on Sovjet propaganda, but in 1943 mother Russia was almost out of its resources so Stalin bagget the US and the UK too lounch D-Day otherwise the war lasted much longer.

What, just because they're Russians, I'm supposed to like them? I don't support Russian chauvinism. "We are Russians, destined for greatness, superior to all others" - that's not the kind of stuff that I'm supportive of.

Yeah, exactly. The webpage author thinks the U.S. never had one year of real war on its soil either. During the Civil War Sherman applied a scorched earth policy which included killing livestock/crops so the southerners couldn't eat them, and both the North and the South had economies mobilized for total war. I really wish people would shut the fuck up when talking about U.S. military history. The majority don't know shit.



Another hilarious thing from this site, is that the author thinks that 85,000 men could have died from malnourishment. I don't doubt that many of the Germans at Stalingrad were malnourished, but 85,000 dead? Come on...
