Just got the news as a big thunderstorm started outside. The god's ain't happy.
I remember being in a room post-gig once with another 5 hardcore metal dudes and we were enthralled by an hour long michael jackson video special, and how ridiculously entertaining it all was.

it IS strange imagining a world where he no longer exists, but COME ON PEOPLE...he has been sickly in appearance for quite some time now. this isn't a huge shock. not to mention he hasn't really contributed anything in awhile.

They played an old interview and MJ said something the kind of just inspired me. He was talking about dancing and said "Thinking is the biggest mistake, you just have to feel it." I think you could pretty much apply that to playing music too.

looks like the pre-pro for the tour he was supposed to be doing.
this had to be an OD of some kind cos there's no way he passed through all the myriads of testing they did before he even signed onto the tour, and everything was clean. supposedly he was in his best physical condition of the last 10 years.
