yeah that's weird, maybe you have a bad app installed that's hijacking your location or something

you should be able to look for recently used apps under your settings, might help you see if anything weird is going on

Re: My Phone Thinks I’m in Dublin
Only ones i have used this week are a walking dead game rts (play with friends the game is horrible don’t play), hbo max, and a coloring game for my brother
No idea why it does this. My mom said rts servers but thats not how servers work…….
Now it says i am in kas vegas which is correct we shall see how long it is correct.

Re: My Phone Thinks I’m in Dublin
when you say your phone thinks you're in x place, how are you seeing that information?
something is messing with your location services, could be weird provider issues, bad wifi, messed up location/time zone settings. apps don't generally set your location without asking you to confirm. possible your brother could have accidentally messed up settings?

not necessarily a bad thing. I usually keep mine on just to give that layer of encryption and to fuck with advertisers. still, every so often I have to turn it off if I want to actually get directions or something,

Re: My Phone Thinks I’m in Dublin
Google maps you can manually set your location as well so its not terrible.
Only thing some vpns can be sketchy so i wouldn’t depend on one I have not personally researched.
